NSE targets mid-September IPO, listing by September 25

The National Stock Exchange (NSE) is targeting a mid-September launch for its IPO and a possible listing by September 25, subject to SEBI approval. The ₹148.9-million-share offer for sale represents a 6% stake. SBI Capital Markets will jointly offer 24.75 million shares with SBI, while final investor roadshows are expected to begin next week.
